How does 3D printing pricing work? We calculate quotes based on several factors: material type, part size, print time, complexity, and any post-processing or finishing required. Once we review your file or design details, we’ll provide a transparent, itemized quote — no hidden fees.
Can I get a quote without sharing my STL file? Yes, we understand the need for confidentiality. If you're not ready to share your STL file, you can still request a rough estimate by providing key details like part dimensions, quantity, material preference, and intended use. For a precise quote, we’ll eventually need the file — but all uploads are secure and treated confidentially.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments via bank transfer, PayNow, PayLah and credit card. For business clients, we also support invoicing for approved accounts. Full payment is required to begin production unless otherwise arranged.
Can I do self-pickup? Yes, self-collection is available by appointment. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with pickup details and location. Just let us know if you prefer this option during checkout or quotation.
How much does delivery cost? Delivery fees depend on the size of your order and the destination. For standard parcels within Singapore, delivery typically ranges from $5 to $20. International shipping is available and will be calculated based on weight, size, and location. All delivery charges — local or overseas — will be clearly included in your quotation.
